About

Kayla graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy after receiving a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology degree both from University of Saskatchewan. Through playing sports and being active, Kayla developed a passion to help individuals restore and improve their movement, allowing them to get back to the activities they enjoy. Kayla understands there is always more to learn and continues taking extra post-educational training each year to expand her knowledge.

Kayla’s treatment approach integrates a variety of treatment methods tailored to meet individual patient needs. Whether it's the precision of manual therapy, the targeted relief of functional dry needling, or the personalized guidance of exercise prescription and education, Kayla employs a variety of treatment tools to help her client’s achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

While Kayla enjoys treating general physical therapy concerns; she has developed a deep passion for women's pelvic health. Aware of the distinct challenges women encounter, she has dedicated herself to becoming a healthcare provider in this field. Kayla can help with various women's pelvic floor dysfunctions such as urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, and prenatal and postpartum concerns. She is devoted to empowering women to take charge of their health, enhancing their quality of life, and helping them confidently engage in the activities they love.
