About
Stephanie graduated in 2000 from the University of Toronto and has enjoyed working at Pro Physiotherapy Jeanne D’Arc for 10 years. Stephanie works primarily in orthopedics and pelvic health physiotherapy. This includes a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, chronic pain, prolapse care, incontinence and pelvic pain for both women and men.
Her interest in pelvic health has also grown over the past four years as she has worked her way through levels 1-3a and continues to pursue ongoing education in this area. Stephanie has taken numerous post-graduate courses in manual therapy, including several courses with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, Mulligan upper and lower, and many others. She has an interest in rheumatology, acupuncture and chronic pain, taking many post-graduate courses in these areas as well.
Stephanie has experience teaching at the university level and has also worked in the U.K. Stephanie is interested in your own goals for treatment. She will work hard to motivate you and will develop an appropriate program for you to succeed.
On her own time, Stephanie enjoys nature, walking and hiking, swimming, reading a good book and she tries (somewhat successfully) to keep her twin teenage boys fed.
