Our clinic staff can help confirm your health insurance coverage. Your treatment may be partially or fully covered if you have extended health benefits, a worker's compensation claim, or were injured in a motor vehicle accident.
Coverage options available to you may include:

Please check your coverage in your company's extended health plan. Please note for payment, all major credit cards, debit, and personal cheques are accepted.

Alberta Health Services Outpatient & Community Physiotherapy
Alberta Health Services (AHS) offers funded physiotherapy services for Albertans with specific physical concerns to help improve their function, better understand their condition and what they can do to be healthy and independent. These services cover concerns including:
- General joint or muscle conditions or injuries
- Recent fractures or orthopedic surgeries. (e.g. bones and joints)
- Post-Op Group Exercise following at Total Hip or Knee Replacement
Accessing AHS-funded Physiotherapy
For general joint or muscle conditions or injuries, call the Rehabilitation Advice Line for general advice. Low-income Albertans may be eligible for virtual or in-person services. Call 1-833-379-0563 for more information (available Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). For more information, visit ahs.ca/ral.
For fractures and orthopedic surgeries, Albertans do not need a referral from a physician or healthcare professional to access AHS-funded physiotherapy. Please call the clinic directly to book an appointment.
NOTE: For physiotherapy approval of fracture and orthopedic surgery occuring later than 12 weeks, AHS will require a physician's note with full explaination/rational for delay of care. AHS will review each case separately and approve if care needs to start later than 12 weeks.
