Dr. Adrian Le earned his MD at the University of British Columbia and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto. After residency, Dr. Le pursued sub-specialty training, completing his fellowship in sports medicine at Stanford University.

While working at Stanford Sports Medicine, Dr. Le provided care for all of the NCAA Division I athletes at Stanford, including many Olympians, as well as serving as team physician for Stanford’s football, women’s soccer, wrestling, and gymnastics teams. He has also served as an event physician for the Stanford track & field invitational and Pacific-12 conference championships, as a tournament physician for the NCAA women’s division 1 soccer championship (college cup) and men’s division 1 basketball championship, and provided medical care for the San Francisco 49ers (NFL).

Prior to training at Stanford, Dr. Le served as an assistant team physician for the Toronto Marlies (AHL), head team physician for George Brown College soccer (OCAA) and spent additional time training in sports and exercise medicine at Hospital for Special Surgery (Cornell University) and University of California San Francisco.

Dr. Le is actively involved in regenerative medicine research. With multiple academic publications on the use of platelet-rich plasma and stem cell therapies to treat musculoskeletal injuries, Dr. Le specializes in these regenerative medicine procedures and has extensive training in ultrasound-guided injections.

Having grown up playing competitive sports, Dr. Le believes in the positive impact sports and exercise has on overall health and wellness; and believes that by keeping people moving and active through treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, we can promote long-term holistic health and prevent disease. Dr. Le joins Lifemark Health as medical director with the vision of providing comprehensive care to athletes of all levels and non-athletes alike. As a specialist in sport and musculoskeletal medicine, Dr. Le has a GP Focused Practice Designation from the Ministry of Health in Ontario.
