Alex is an Exercise Therapist at Lifemark Wortley Village who has earned his Bachelor of Science (Honors Specialization) in Kinesiology at Western University in the spring of 2021, following which he joined the team at Wortley Village in the Fall of 2021. He lived in Berlin, Germany for the most of his life and came to London, ON to pursue a degree in Kinesiology due to his love for sports, rehabilitation, exercise physiology and human anatomy.

His current role at Lifemark consists mostly of being the rehabilitation coordinator within the MSK OWN specialty program where he prescribes exercises and facilitates work simulation/work conditioning training to injured workers in order for them to make a safe and full return to work. He is WorkWell FCE certified and carries out functional testing frequently at the clinic. He always enjoys learning and plans on working within the Neuro stream of the OWN specialty program in the near future.

In his free time, Alex enjoys cycling outdoors, swimming, training at the gym for hypertrophy and strength, spending time with friends and cooking incredible pasta dishes.
