Amy graduated from Trinity Western University in 2016 from the faculty of Human Kinetics with a specialization in Kinesiology. She competed on the cross country and track and field teams as a middle-distance runner while in university. Amy worked as a personal trainer during the last year of her degree, before joining Lifemark Hazelwood in the fall of 2016.
Coming from an athletic background, Amy is passionate about helping her clients discover their own strength through exercise. Her rehabilitation approach is focused on correcting postural and muscular imbalances through targeted exercises and full-body strength.
In her spare time, Amy mostly enjoys physical and outdoor activities. While she continues to enjoy running, she now appreciates a variety of activities, including weight training, yoga, hiking and camping.
