Amy received her MasterĀ of Physical Therapy degree from Western University after completing her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University. She is currently a member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations. Amy is a compassionate physiotherapy resident who takes a personal approach with everyone she works with to help them return to the activities they love.

Her motto is to inspire lifelong healthy habits and promote positive mindsets, ensuring the people she works with feel educated and empowered throughout their recovery. As a lifelong learner, she is interested in pursuing further education in advanced manual therapy, acupuncture and concussion rehabilitation.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys staying active by running, biking, practicing yoga and going for walks outside with her family, friends and dog. She also loves to play recreational volleyball and is currently teaching herself to play the guitar.
