Angelica received her Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary in 2011. Angelica completed her counselling internship at the Calgary Counselling Centre, working with a diverse demographic of clients offering individual, couples and family therapy.
Angelica is a Registered Provisional Psychologist, licensed with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She employs a variety of clinical modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused therapy and Mindfulness-based treatments. She especially enjoys supporting clients in redefining their story after traumatic experiences, often using Narrative and Cognitive-based approaches. She works with individual clients seeking support with pain, sleep management, depression, stress, grief and loss, identity, anxiety and trauma.
Angelica joined the Lifemark team in 2019, and strives to create a safe, calm and collaborative environment for her clients.
