Anna is a registered occupational therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia. She completed her Professional Master of Science in Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. She also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph majoring in Adult Development, Families and Well-Being.
Anna is passionate about positively impacting the lives of others and has a special interest in psychosocial health. She assists clients who experience illness, injury, pain and mental health difficulties with returning to meaningful activities. By working one-to-one with clients in-clinic or in their homes, she empowers them to meet goals such as establishing a balanced routine, improving cognitive and physical functioning, returning to employment, managing interpersonal relationships, and utilizing effective coping and relaxation strategies.
Anna plans to participate in continued education in the areas of chronic pain, concussion rehabilitation, return-to-work support and mental health interventions.
In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga and travelling the world backpack-style.
