Annika graduated with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology in 2020 and a M.Sc. in Integrative Biosciences in Kinesiology in 2021, both from Western University. She plans to continue gaining experience and further training in the field to help people optimize healthy movement and functional abilities.

In her spare time, Annika loves being outside with family and friends. She enjoys golf, pickleball, volleyball and hiking in the summer, and hockey and skiing in the winter. As a new grad, Annika enjoys using her education to advocate for the importance of regular physical activity.
