Aoife is a Physiotherapist and the Clinic Director at Lifemark Pine Valley, and is registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario.

She graduated top of her class in MSc. Physiotherapy at University College Dublin, Ireland. Prior to that, she completed a BSc. Health & Performance Science degree with honours.

Aoife has post-graduate training in Integrated Dry Needling, (IDN), Bobath Therapy for Adults with Neurological Conditions, and completed courses on topics such as Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) dysfunctions and shoulder dysfunction. She has also trained as a Pilates instructor and often incorporates Pilates principles into her physiotherapy treatment.

She has a variety of experience working with complex orthopedic and neurological injuries, in both the community and acute care. She has worked in hospitals providing acute care for trauma, neurosurgery and critical care patients. She tailors her treatment approach to best suit the needs of each patient, and uses a variety of manual therapy, exercise therapy and education to help her clients reach their goals.
