April Lambert OT Reg.(NB) is an occupational therapist who has over 26 years of experience working in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, daycares and homes. She has worked in both public and in private sectors. She has a keen interest in the development of preschool aged children, senior populations, and wheelchair assessments.

April is AMPS trained (Assessment of Motor and Process Skills) and has taken several pediatric courses/updates necessary for assisting children and their families with everyday occupations. One of April’s highlight moments in occupational therapy is presenting “Eating is Fun”, a pediatric feeding group, at the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. Although April took a hiatus from working in a private setting, she is excited to be back with TotalAbility/Lifemark!

April is an energetic occupational therapist who believes in life and work balance. She loves running, biking, and spending time with family. She also understands the value of working hard to meet occupational goals. She has completed both the New York and Boston marathon and is looking forward to helping you reach your occupational goals.
