Armie's personal experience with injury brought her to the Massage Therapy profession that she is passionate about, believing that massage treatment improves quality of life. Armie understands that there is no one answer to all issues in wellness, but a unified and coordinated treatment can aid in one’s recovery, maintenance, and quality of life.
Armie's educational background includes a diploma in Massage Therapy from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) Nova Scotia, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, English from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM – University of Manila, Philippines). She has also taken courses to develop her skills, including health, client service, financial and marketing industries. She has also volunteered my services to various community clinics, providing Arthritis, Enhanced Care, Pregnancy and Sports care.
She also has a certificate in TMJD Treatment, Cupping, Jade (Hot/Cold) Stones, and Reiki I which greatly enhances massage therapy treatment. Armie also efficiently incorporates assessment, hydrotherapy, and homecare into the treatment provided to clients. Armie is a firm believer of lifelong learning, intending to continue studying and building on her skills, knowledge, and specialties to deliver efficient, safe, and quality health services through massage treatment.
As a single mother of two, Armie has witnessed how women are deprived of some services that are vital to their health and wellness, and she hopes to give back to the community to assist with this deficiency, as well as working to help the elderly and children.
