Ashley completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia where she developed a client-centered, hands-on and exercise-based approach to treatment. She has experience working in private and public settings including orthopedics, workplace injuries, stroke rehabilitation, geriatrics and acute care.
Through her coursework, she has developed a passion for orthopedics and is currently completing her levels in manipulative therapy. She also has certifications in soft-tissue release as well as sports first responder, which allows her to provide emergency care at sporting events.
Ashley has a very strong athletic background, having played for Thompson Rivers University Wolfpack women’s soccer team during her undergraduate degree. She also has background in basketball, volleyball, aquatics and dance, and has a passion for treating and working with athletes herself.
She likes to spend her free time hiking and mountain biking throughout BC as well as playing recreational soccer, snowboarding and running.
