Ayesha is a Resident Physiotherapist who received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Combining her passion for health and wellness through evidence-based rehab, Ayesha addresses her treatments with a whole-person approach. With a background in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa, she is able to better appreciate the complexities that affect day to day health.

In her practice, Ayesha aims to equip her clients with the individualized tools they need to empower them on their journey. From training at clinics to rehab centers and hospitals - both in Ottawa and Toronto - she has experience treating numerous conditions such as osteoarthritis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, fractures, joint replacements, ankle sprains, and low back pain amongst many others.
