Balpreet graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Western University after obtaining a Bachelor of Science Honours Specialization degree in Psychology and Socio-legal studies. She strives to provide evidence-based and culturally-sensitive practice. Balpreet believes in the importance of the client having control over their treatment. Balpreet speaks Punjabi, Hindu, and Urdu.

Balpreet continues to expand her skills through continued education. Balpreet has received training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Concussion Management, and Cognitive Rehab.

In her spare time, Balpreet enjoys watching movies, reading books, painting, and hiking.
