Blaire is a qualified Occupational Therapist licensed to practice in Ontario. She is registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) as well as a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT) and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT). She obtained Honours Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology from The University of Western Ontario in 2012, and a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from the Dalhousie University in 2017. She has been working with Lifemark since 2019.
Blaire has experience in the assessment and treatment of individuals who are experiencing a variety of physical, psychosocial, environmental and socioeconomic barriers to independent living. Blaire enjoys working with individuals to enable their goals and help them to fully participate and engage in their desired daily activities. Blaire has taken additional education in concussion, as well cognitive behavioral therapy. She has been trained to complete cognitive demands analysis (CDA) and cognitive abilities evaluation (CAE) assessments. Blaire has been trained to complete functional capacity evaluation (FCE) and functional abilities evaluation (FAE) assessments.
In her free time so likes cooking/baking, hosting gatherings, playing tennis and being out in nature.
