Brinda graduated with a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2017.
She was drawn to becoming a physiotherapist because her grandmother suffered a disc herniation. Seeing her successful rehabilitation journey with the help of post-surgical physiotherapy amazed Brinda and it motivated her to become a physiotherapist herself and help people recover from pain and injuries.
Brinda enjoys treating a wide variety of Musculoskeletal conditions. Her approach of treatment consists of Manual Therapy, Therapeutic Exercise, and Patient Education. She firmly believes in the importance of patient education while also promoting an active component to clinical care and trying to integrate the best evidence-based practice. As a dedicated lifelong learner, she is highly motivated to complete Dry needling and Pelvic Health for her future certifications. She has also completed her Yoga Teacher Training Course and in her free time she enjoys practicing it.
Brinda believes that having a strong professional career can be blended with some fun and adventures.
Brinda speaks English, Hindi and Gujarati fluently.
