Brittney completed a Masters of Science in Marital and Family Therapy in 2012 which equipped her with a lens to work systemically with couples and families.  She has also spent a decade working in the public sector meeting with individuals navigating addiction and mental health concerns.

She strives to find the evidence-based approach best suited to her client’s individual needs drawing heavily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Brittney prioritizes to create an environment that is collaborative, safe, and empowering for clients as they progress towards their goals.

In her free time, Brittney most values time investing in her family cooking, making music, and enjoying all kinds of physical activity.  Brittney is a member in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists, and the Psychologists Association of Alberta.
