Cheryl DePodesta completed her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology at McMaster University in 2003. She has been a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association since 2003 and is proud to have been in the first group of kinesiologists registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, which was implemented in April 2013.

Since graduating, Cheryl has attended many continuing education courses such as soft tissue release, CancerSmart rehab program, functional capacity testing, Concussion Management and is a Rocktape certified practitioner. 

Cheryl has focused her practice on therapeutic exercises, body mechanics and education on pain. She is passionate about encouraging her clients to lead an active lifestyle and motivating them towards their goals through movement and functional testing.

When she is not working, Cheryl spends her time traveling with her family and staying active with activities such as baseball and skiing.
