Cheryl received an Associate Degree in Science from Douglas College in 2003 and continued her studies in Simon Fraser University as a Kinesiology major. She graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2007 with a BSc Kinesiology, Co-op Education. While completing her studies, she also obtained Health and Fitness Certification and Nutrition Studies. Cheryl has been a practicing member of BCAK since 2007.
With over 10 years of experience working in WorksafeBC programs such as OR1, OR2, Pain program and RTWSS as well as active rehab across lower Mainland. In 2018, Cheryl joined Lifemark Hazelwood where she runs WorksafeBC Occupational Rehabilitation 1 program.
Outside work, Cheryl enjoys hot yoga and running as her "me time" and likes to spend time outdoors with her family, doing some camping, hiking, and biking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
