Colette is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School in Toronto and a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is currently being trained in Dr. Vodder manual lymphatic drainage and combined decongestive therapy method.
Colette focuses on relieving pain and discomfort by taking the time to assess the needs, objectives and specific concerns of her patients. She provides treatment-based therapies utilizing a range of modalities including manual lymphatic drainage, deep-tissue massage, and advanced myofascial release techniques. Her areas of interest include research on pain science and the role of manual lymphatic drainage in treating post-concussion symptoms and chronic pain.
Colette has experience working with patients with sports injuries, pregnancy-related discomforts, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, overuse injuries, chronic headaches, TMJ and facial pain, and general anxiety disorders. She believes strongly in the benefits of massage therapy and will work with you to determine the most effective treatment approach that will help you meet your health care goals.
