About

Coriander is a qualified Occupational Therapist licensed to practice and registered in Ontario and Saskatchewan. She graduated from Queen's University with a Professional Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (M.Sc.O.T). In addition, she holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Integrated Science with minors in Biology and Psychology. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).

Since 2012, she has worked for variety of organizations in both public and private practice as an Occupational Therapist, gaining experience in the physical, functional, cognitive, and psychosocial evaluation of individuals who are experiencing difficulties performing their essential tasks of daily living due to illness and/or injury.

Specific areas of experience include post-concussion and brain injury rehabilitation, mental health (including PTSD), cognitive rehabilitation, home safety assessments, home modification planning, discharge planning, vocational rehabilitation and return to work, mobility and assistive device prescription, and upper extremity rehabilitation. She has worked with populations including adult through geriatric, with funding systems including community health care, military, WSIB, motor vehicle insurance and long term disability.
