Dale graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from LaTrobe University, Melbourne, Australia in 1991. He has completed training in acupuncture and is a certified practitioner by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. He is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and the Orthopaedic and Sports Divisions.
Dale is a trained vestibular therapist working with dizziness and balance disorders. He has been working in Canada since 2000, but has also worked in Australia, England and the United States.
Dale believes that exercise and education are the key components to recovery from injury and this is reflected in his practice.
Dale spent a year backpacking through Central and South America where he learned to speak Spanish. He is a keen sports person and is currently involved in squash and triathlons. He has also run five marathons and completed the Canadian Ironman in Penticton in 2001. His other hobbies include biking and skiing with his son, reading and cooking (especially curries).
