Danielle Zelazny graduated from Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2016 and since has continued her education with a main focus on fascia and its significance to the movement and function of our bodies.
Danielle strives to show that looking at the body as a whole is crucial to effective rehabilitation, that usually the location of the pain is not the source of it. Danielle believes that tracing the patterns from postural and movement compensations created by the body over time is the key to improving stability and function, alleviating pain and bringing balance to the body, overall improving quality of life.
Danielle uses a large variety of treatment modalities including; Swedish massage, Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, fascial stretch therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, joint mobilization, structural massage, nerve mobilization, thermotherapy, percussion instruments, remedial exercise and stretching, and is a certified RAPID Neurofascial Specialist.
Danielle’s main goal as a Registered Massage Therapist is to provide treatment and education to her clients in the hopes to change the way pain is viewed, prevent injury and improve overall health and lifestyle.
