About
Dr. Darren Presley is a Primary Care Physician who is USA, Sport Medicine Fellowship trained. Originally from Medicine Hat, AB, he completed his B.Sc. (Honours) in Biomechanics from the University of Calgary. He then graduated from Ross University School of Medicine with Highest Honors in 2009.
After a brief stint of teaching at Ross, Dr. Presley completed his Family Medicine Residency at Research Family Medicine in Kansas City, MO. While there, he covered Team USA Volleyball, the KC Marathon, and various high school athletics and worked with the University of Central Missouri (NCAA div. 2) in Warrensburg, MO. He then moved to Indianapolis, IN, where he joined the Primary Care, Sport Medicine Fellowship at Indiana University.
During his time in Indiana, he covered IUPUI (NCAA div 1) athletics, Purdue (NCAA div. 1) Football, Indiana Golden Gloves Boxing, Indianapolis High School Athletics, Masters Swimming events, and the NCAA Summit League Basketball Championship Tournament.
Since 2015, Dr. Presley has been practicing full scope Primary Care Sport Medicine out of Airdrie, AB and works with several amateur athletic programs in a variety of sports.
