Devin graduated with her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2011 and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2014. During her degree at the University of Alberta, she received the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship for academic merit and developed a strong passion for orthopedic rehabilitation.
Devin has specialized training in treating individuals with pelvic floor dysfunctions, including; urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, post-partum complications, pelvic pain, and painful intercourse. She has completed the Canadian Orthopedic Level II lower quadrant training in manual therapy and Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling - Level 1, to help relieve pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall function. Devin believes in a collaborative and client-centered approach to patient care. Education about the injury, self-management strategies to prevent re-injury, individualized exercise programs, and patient-centered goals are emphasized to achieve a sustainable and meaningful rehabilitation for her patients.
Devin’s love for activity, health, and wellness began at a young age with her involvement in competitive dance and Royal Academy of Dance Ballet. Currently, she enjoys recreational dance, running, and spin classes.
