Amanda is dedicated to achieving absolute health for all of the patients under her care. She aims to balance any physical, mental and emotional issues with natural healing techniques such as acupuncture, yoga, Chinese medicine, cupping, gua sha and moxabustion.
As a patient, you will leave with a better understanding of your wellbeing and a comprehensive, objective plan to get you on the road to better health.
Amanda has always had a strong interest in the natural world and human biology interests, which grew into a passionate career in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. In addition, she has focused further study on pain management, sports medicine (including sports injuries and performance), anxiety, stress and depression, and women's health.
When Amanda is not in the clinic, she can be found with her son on the water SUPing or on a yoga mat. She is a certified instructor in stand-up paddle boarding (SUP yoga, fitness, flatwater skills) and a 200-hour registered yoga teacher instructor.
