Erika graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2009 and then graduated from University of Toronto in 2011 with a Master in Physiotherapy. Since graduation, Erika has pursued many academic pos-tgraduate courses including acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, Work Well Certification, and many other orthopedic and soft-tissue management courses. She has five years of clinical experience treating a variety of conditions in both acute care and clinical setting. 

Outside of work, Erika loves all mountain activities including hiking, biking and skiing as well as playing competitive soccer.
