Fiona graduated with her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Kinesiology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2018.

Health and Wellness have been a lifelong interest of Fiona's; she is not only passionate about rehabilitation, but prevention and working on ways to prevent injuries before they happen. Fiona was also heavily involved in sports and was a member of the Canadian International Dragon Boat Team competing worldwide in the World Championships. This allowed her first-hand experience with sport injury rehabilitation and inspired her interest in exercise sciences.

Fiona is passionate about nutrition/food science and enjoys baking and cooking in her spare time.
