Her goal with each patient is to educate them on their condition and causative factors in order to empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation process. She firmly believes that an active treatment plan is the key to a successful recovery.
Lynn is actively pursuing a wide range of continuing education courses to further her knowledge and clinical skills in orthopaedics, manual therapy, exercise prescription, postural correction and realignment, the treatment of various musculoskeletal impairments, and therapeutic yoga for pain management.
To maintain her own mind and body wellness, Lynn currently practices and teaches yoga. Lynn has trained and competed in fitness and long-distance running events, including two marathons between 1990-1995. She has been actively practicing various styles of yoga since 1996.
