Hetal completed her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2010. She also earned a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from Coventry University, UK. She has worked in England as a clinical therapist and, after moving to Canada, resumed her role as a clinical physiotherapist in Edmonton.
Hetal is passionate about in-depth analyses and treating orthopaedic and neuromusculoskeletal conditions. She also treats motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, post-surgical joint replacements/tendon repairs, fractures and overuse injuries like tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis and more. Her treatment focuses on manual therapy, specific exercise, therapeutic modalities (i.e. heat, US, IFC) and home exercise programs.
She firmly believes in the client-centred approach. She tailors her treatment towards improving daily functional activities and making her patients more independent.
Hetal enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her son, travelling and dancing.
