Jaipaul received his Master's of Physical Therapy degree from Western University. Prior to this, he graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Life Science. He has also obtained his Level 1 Manual Therapy Diploma and completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University.

Jaipaul's treatment approach involves a combination of manual therapy, patient education, acupuncture and exercise prescription to facilitate better movement.

In his free time, Jaipaul enjoys travelling and staying active both outdoors and in the gym.
