Jay graduated with his Diploma of Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health and Technologies in April 2022.

Although, he is a recent graduate of Massage Therapy Jay graduated Nursing in 2003 from Humber College. Working 19 years as a Registered Nurse in Chronic and Acute care, his passion for helping people led him out of hospital to a wellness-focused career as a RMT.

Jay has continued to build on the skills he gained through nursing and has honed his assessment skills for massage therapy, including thorough orthopaedic, postural, and muscular imbalance assessments to better inform his massage treatments.

He incorporates his nurse health teaching way of practicing into his Massage Therapy practice by educating people with stretching, range of motion, exercises and anatomy. He has a focused passion for treating people with stress, sports injuries, and post-operative patients with scars and orthopaedic recovery.

Jay employs a wide range of techniques during his treatments including, myofascial release techniques, PNF stretches, Swedish massage, and joint mobilizations.
