Jeff began his post-secondary education by completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McGill University. He learned concepts of exercise physiology, nutrition, biomechanics, and sport-specific training which he applies with clients on a daily basis. Jeff went on to earn a Master in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. He has been instructed on the importance of client-centered care and evidence-based practice to ensure clients receive the most effective, appropriate, and safe treatment possible.
Jeff has completed Level 2 of the Advanced Orthopedic Manual Therapy Course and will be pursuing further levels as they become available. He is experienced in treating pain and stiffness in the neck and low back, in addition to common muscular and ligamentous injuries throughout the body. Jeff emphasizes a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to relieve pain and restore functional performance.
Outside of the clinic, Jeff's interests include practicing yoga, playing flag football, and snowboarding.
