Jennifer graduated from Sutherland Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 2013 and completed her mat Pilates teacher training in 2016. From there she has spent the duration of her career working in Physiotherapy Clinics and Yoga studios in Toronto until recently moving to Collingwood with her family.

Jennifer has always naturally gravitated toward a more therapeutic approach focusing on trigger point therapy and therapeutic exercise.

When it comes to her clients, she believes that education and communication are key to attaining their best results. She puts an emphasis on individualizing each treatment to match her clients goals and current presentation.
