John joined the Diploma program in Massage Therapy while working as a Physiotherapy Assistant in 2011 and graduated as an RMT in 2013. He believes in an active stress free lifestyle.

Controlled comfortable deep pressure is provided with stretches when required. He provides treatments for orthopedic conditions and ongoing wellness for people from all walks of life including office workers, athletes and seniors. Some of the techniques he uses include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Positional Release, Myofascial, Joint Mobilization, Passive Stretching, Pre-natal and Sports Massage.

He is fluent in English and Malayalam, and has intermediate proficiency in Hindi and Tamil.
