Julia grew up playing competitive soccer and volleyball and was no stranger to injuries. She became inspired to pursue the profession after working closely with her physiotherapists. She graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education and completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.

Julia has experience working with a variety of populations including, infants and children, athletes, older adults, complex polytrauma patients and individuals with neurological conditions. Julia enjoys treating all ages and abilities and has a special interest in working with pediatric clients.

Julia takes a client centered approach with her treatments, incorporating individualized exercise prescription and manual therapy. She utilizes the latest research and provides education while ensuring the client’s goals are at the forefront of any treatment.

In her spare time, Julia enjoys spending time with friends and family, going for walks, working out, gardening and baking.
