Katelyn graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

She is passionate about rehabilitation and the importance of exercise for improvement of physical and mental health. With this, she plans to expand her knowledge in the field and eventually advance to do a masters degree.

Her love for health has also translated into her working as a personal trainer for the last two years, so when you can't find her here, she is most likely at the gym or meal prepping.
