Kayla graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy after receiving a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology degree in 2014, both from University of Saskatchewan. Through playing sports and being active, Kayla developed a passion to help individuals restore and improve their movement, allowing them to get back to the activities they enjoy. Kayla understands there is always more to learn and continues taking extra post-educational training each year to expanding her knowledge.
Kayla enjoys being a part of her patient’s rehabilitation journey, and helping individuals reach their functional movement goals. Kayla uses exercise prescription, manual therapy, dry needling, modalities, and education to help guide her patients through the rehabilitation process. Kayla also developed a passion for helping women overcome their pelvic floor dysfunction. She has taken courses that cover urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain.
Outside the clinic, Kayla enjoys hiking, running, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
