Kevin is a graduate of the Trinity Western University Kinesiology department. He has completed training as a specialist in Strength and Conditioning, and is certified through the American Council of Exercise. He is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.
Kevin is a firm believer in functional strength for health and fitness. His rehabilitation approach focuses on correcting postural deviations while also training clients to improve their strength. His goal with each client is to get them functioning using the lifestyle changes implemented through their time in rehabilitation.
Kevin keeps active through strength training, sports, hiking, and snowboarding. He is also a great fan of the outdoors, which he explores through backpacking expeditions into the coast mountains.
