Krysta’s personalized approach focuses on flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health — functional fitness that enables clients to enjoy their lives to the fullest.
She is a CSEP-CPT (Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology) certified personal trainer and holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Alberta. She has been a personal trainer for over a decade. During that time Krysta has developed a specialization in working with older adults to prepare for joint replacements, prevent and recover from injury and rediscover the joy of a body in motion.
Krysta was a competitive rugby player, weightlifter and has run several triathlons. Her current passion is kettle bell training.
Her philosophy? Fitness is enjoyable, it can even be fun, and that working your body in a safe way on a regular basis contributes to a healthier and happier life.
