Alex graduated with a Specialized Honours in Kinesiology at York in 2017. He then furthered his education at McGill University in Quebec with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 2020.

Alex has experience with assessment and treatment of variety of musculoskeletal injuries, geriatrics, work-related injuries and motor vehicle accidents. Alex emphasizes on gathering the most up to date research in providing the best type of treatment. Utilising a holistic approach (body, mind and spirit), Alex discovers other potential factors that may affect your injury. He routinely engages in the physiotherapy world, learning new techniques and approaches for different injuries.

Alex loves spending his time going out for walks, playing sports (especially basketball) and working out.
