Kyle is a certified athletic therapist who graduated from York University with a specialized honours degree in Kinesiology and a professional certificate in Athletic Therapy. Kyle is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the NSCA and First Responder with the Canadian Red Cross. Kyle was previously a part of the Stonetown Physio team as a physiotherapy assistant, before beginning his career with us as a clinician.
Kyle has a strong interest in the athletic and generally active population as he played sports at a fairly high level himself. He began his academic career on a baseball scholarship at Concordia University (NAIA) in Michigan before transfering to York University where he continued to play - competing in the OUA. Now that his baseball career has come to an end, Kyle coaches in the Stratford Minor Baseball Association Rep programs. Kyle also has interned with many sports programs including hockey, field hockey, and volleyball at the university level as a student athletic therapist and has provided coverage for the Canadian National Para Hockey Team during training camp.
Through continued growth and developement, Kyle strives to become a well rounded clinician who uses an all encompasing approach to help his patients return to their activity, whatever that may be. In his spare time Kyle stays active as a competitive powerlifter and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and fishing.
