This interest grew throughout her Physiotherapy degree as she completed clinical placements in a specialized chronic pain treatment program in Newfoundland as well as a pediatric placement at the Janeway children's hospital.
Throughout her undergraduate degrees Kylie worked with various athletes as a student athletic trainer where she gained experience working with university level athletes. She also has completed various private practice placements throughout her degree and her time working with Lifemark as a student gaining her experience working with individuals who are recovering from workplace injury, and motor vehicle accidents.

She believes in considering a patients biopsychosocial factors when developing a treatment plan and then creating a multi-modal treatment plan for that specific patient. This includes education, manual therapy, exercise programs as well as and pain-relief modalities. Over the coming year she plans to continue taking courses to broaden her knowledge and skill set in a variety of areas including dry needling and concussion rehabilitation.
