Laurie looks forward to helping you heal, to feel better and to maintain optimal health. Her practice focuses on treatment of muscle imbalances, physical rehabilitation, care of chronic conditions, and physical relaxation. Her aim is to improve mobility and reduce pain and tension in a way that soothes and relaxes yet carefully focuses on deeper tissue as needed.
After graduating with a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics (University of Guelph), Laurie worked in healthcare and rehabilitation assisting therapists in physical and functional rehabilitation, pool therapy, and exercise therapy.
Laurie entered the massage therapy profession in the year 2000 after graduating from Algonquin College. She is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario and a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
