Lisa graduated from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia with her Master of Physiotherapy Studies in 2009. Previously, Lisa attained her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2007.
Over the years, she has advanced her physiotherapy skills through additional courses including diagnostic imaging in physical therapy practice (University of Alberta), Gunn intramuscular stimulation, acupuncture (Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute), Graston technique, and level 1 and level 2 uper manual therapy courses offered through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. In addition, Lisa currently holds the position of Education Coordinator for the Southern Alberta Orthopaedic Unit since 2011.
Lisa is an avid snowboarder with a keen interest in the outdoors, sports, and spending time in the mountains with her family.
