After working with these patients, she quickly realized her strong desire to work in a rehabilitation setting. With her skills, knowledge and passion, she hopes to help clients regain strength, mobility and function.
She is highly specialized in therapeutic massage and uses various techniques including Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, fascial release, stretching, hydrotherapy and remedial exercise. Liza also obtained a certificate in orthopedic stretches.
In her treatments, she hopes her clients begin/continue to enjoy quality of life with decreased pain and limitations and achieve a healthier, happier state of being.
Liza has been practicing healthy living and fitness for many years. In her down time, she does strength training, practices yoga and meditation. These forms of practice have helped her to become self-aware of her body and her surroundings.
