Lynne Barber was born and raised on a dairy farm in New Brunswick. She obtained her degree from Laval University and upon graduation in 1983, moved to sunny Manitoba to work at the Health Sciences Centre. In 1991, she joined the Sports Physiotherapy team. Lynne treats a variety of patients of all ages with her primary area of focus being patients with musculoskeletal disorders. Lynne also holds a certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Balance Training and is responsible for helping our centre develop its Vestibular program. Lynne is a strong believer in lifelong learning and regularly participates on continuing education in order to provide her patients with the most current evidence-based treatments. Lynne and her husband Lance have one son and two daughters. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, especially while at their cottage in Kenora.
