Mark is a graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, fulfilling the 2200 hour requirement with honours. He has been treating clients with a neuromuscular release technique called the Bowen Technique for many years.
He has extensive experience working with people suffering from brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and chronic pain. As well, Mark has a strong interest in bodywork. He is an active martial artist, yoga practitioner and self-defense instructor.
Mark offers many adjuncts to his practice including Cupping (a centuries-old modality that can greatly aid with tight muscles and fascia), Bowen Technique (a more precise therapeutic massage technique), Therapeutic Massage (for treating specific problem areas), and Intraoral Massage (treats specific muscle groups of the jaw). These treatment techniques allows Mark to treat a wide variety of conditions, like chronic pain, motor vehicle accident recovery, work tension, postural dysfunction, jaw pain/TMJ, and more!
